The drug trafficker who refused to collaborate with FOON-HEI is being killed in the detention house. FOON-HEI gains full control of Hong Kong's drug market successfully. In order to protect SIU-KA, KA-KEUNG tastes the drugs instead. The transaction is successful but KA-KEUNG is dying.
