KO TSUN-KIN, a sniper and trainer of the Special Duties Unit (SDU), is under orders to keep a close watch on the drug cartels of the Golden Triangle. During an operation to knock down the targets by the SDU, one of the bandits reportedly escapes, and is later intercepted by an inspector of the Crime Unit, SHEUNG KOON MING-CHU.
