The rebellion leader of the Republic of Garcia and his subordinates come to Hong Kong in search of HO-YEUNG, holding him accountable for the failure of the assassination attempts and plots on the Presidents. They later shoot him down at the container terminal. Simultaneously, an explosion takes place somewhere nearby, emitting a lot of smoke.
